Synopsis
This is a science fantasy novel, with the main idea of having five elements: Lightning, Fire, Water, Earth and Air arranged in a Pentagon. These five Elements, when cursed on five different individuals, will grant the five individuals a plethora of powers that they can never imagine: they can control the elements around them. The catch is that when the Elements are exposed to the cosmic radiation by the Caesarean Comet, the Elements within their body will break free and take control over them, and will wreck havoc over the entire world, thus leading to apocalypse. The main character of the novel, Nathan, will have to stop the evil profession (Prof Vlad), who was the one who discovered this entire theory and cursed them with the Elements, in order to save the entire world.
About The Author
Tey Feng Nian is a 17-year old boy from Chung Ling High School. Besides being an amateur writer, he plays piano, runs track and cross country. By writing this book, he hopes to inspire not only more English readers, but also young English writers that could contribute large amounts of improvement to the current literature level in Malaysia.

本地狂熱閱讀少年，17歲華校生撰著英語科幻小說面世，他盼望成爲馬來西亞版的“丹布朗”!
馬來西亞偏重學術成績的教育體系造就大部分華裔家長追捧補習風氣，認定補習是增加孩子課外知識尤其增強語文能力的靈丹妙藥。這位閱讀狂熱青年的成就否定了這個說法。
閱讀亦能練就好文采
他以行動證明即使求學生涯中完全零補習經驗，單靠閱讀亦能練就好文采，年僅17歲的他撰著的《Pentalements》英語科幻小說已經面世，堪稱馬來西亞年輕的英語小說作家之一。重點是，他不是念英校，是純華校生。
“這本小說的故事主要圍繞反派教授妄想通過五角(pentagon)能量毀滅世界，5名年輕主人翁又如何不惜身陷險境阻止這一切的發生......”這位就讀鍾靈中學高中三的年經作家鄭富鲇津津有味地分享他創作的科幻故事。
自資出版作品共10萬字
《Pentalements》這本書總共有10萬字，富鲇其實很早就着筆，只是時間的限制，他惟有将未完成的作品束之高閣。“我是在2012年杪就有了撰寫這本書的靈感，不過在寫了3萬字後因功課繁重而停止。”
過後，在2013因爲一次賽跑訓練受傷被迫呆在家中，反而讓他有充裕的時間将作品完成。“我用了大約3周時間以7萬字完成了這本書，于今年2月才開始自資出版。”
